Health care management or health care administration is a field inclusive of leadership, management, and administration of hospitals, hospital networks, health care systems, and public health systems. Health care professionals are also known as health acre administrator.
The management system has divided the healthcare management into two different types, which are: generalists and specialists.
Generalists: They are personnel who are accountable for the managing or looking into the managing team for all the facilities to be provided in the list.
Specialists: They are those persons who are accountable for the activities of various different departments individually such as policy analysis, finance, accounting, budgeting, human resources, or marketing.
