Are you considering studying abroad but concerned that your poor GPA may put a damper on your aspirations? You can still achieve your goals, so don't be concerned. Yes, a student's GPA is one of the main screening criteria that universities use, but there are other ways to make up for it. In addition, there are a number of universities abroad that accept low GPA as well. Let’s dive right in and find out:
What is Low GPA?
As you are already aware, the 4.0 GPA scale is the norm throughout the majority of universities in the world. Therefore, whether your result is expressed in percentages or grades, you must first translate it into the 4.0 GPA scale. Your GPA is now seen as being good if it is anything higher than 3.0. A 3.0 GPA will give you many possibilities, but it won't get you into the best institutions. Your options will be limited, though, if your score is below 3.0.
Even if you have a low GPA, you can still apply to universities abroad. Just make your profile stronger by focusing on polishing other factors such as competitive exams, extra curriculars and much more!there are many factors that hold importance in the admission process, you can check the detailed information here
